Our mandate is to provide consultation, advice and direction in local and wide-area network connectivity, network security, storage, software development, technical support services and hardware procurement. Back in 1982, when the industry were still in its infancy, London Drugs started selling personal computers. TLD was established in 1983 to provide the business, government and educational communities with a cost-effective source of quality computer products supported by professional sales and technical services. Our goal from the outset has been to help clients select, obtain and implement industry-leading technology so their businesses can grow and prosper. Our offices TLD Richmond is located within the head offices of London Drugs in Richmond, B.C. As TLD’s head office location, TLD Richmond houses sales, professional services, technical support, administrative and staging staff. Additional facilities include a 1,700 square foot warehousing, pre-configuration, and burn-in and testing facility. TLD Victoria opened August 1995, expanding our services to additional clients within B.C. This branch includes sales, professional services, technical support, and warehouse facilities. Designed to better service our Provincial Government clients and many area businesses, we're in an excellent position to leverage the delivery and pre-configuration abilities of our Richmond office, while providing a high level of local support and local product stocking in Victoria. TLD Calgary opened in May 2000, expanding our market into the Prairies for the first time. Our Calgary branch has developed strong relationships with local businesses and proves to be a beneficial contributor to the local economy. Calgary offers full sales, a Professional Services Group and highly skilled Technical Support Department along with warehouse facilities. TLD Edmonton & TLD Lethbridge opened its doors in 2004, to better serve our ever-expanding Prairie market. Housed within local London Drugs retail locations, both offices are ideally situated to best serve our regional corporate clientele. Each location features full sales and technical support, while at the same time offering professional services in concert with our Calgary location. |
