TLD’s in house help desk is a team created to assist our clients with a first point of contact for all things service. Help desk is a resource for our customers and partners to receive information and support specific to our service offerings and their business needs.
Our help desk team uses an award winning ticketing system to manage and facilitate the needs of our clients and coordinate the skills of our technical teams. Using email to ticket conversion, web portal access, automated workflow and an auditing trail tools, we ensure that we are taking advantage of tools, time and productivity to increase our client service.
