  • Goods may Not be returned without prior authorization. Goods may be returned with designated TLD RA# (Return Authorization No.)
  • Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase. Goods must be sealed/unopened & unmarked.
  • Goods returned are subject to a 15% handling & restocking fee.
  • Customer is responsible to ship product to TLD.
  • Please notify TLD of DOA or Damaged product immediately upon receiving. Delays may void your return with TLD and Manufacturer warranty will apply.
  • Note: Returns in which TLD is responsible will be exempt from 15% restocking and shipping will be covered.
